料理： フレンチ レストラン： レフェルヴェソンス 1 Michelin Star French food at one of Japan's top 50 restaurants

先週、シェフを知ってる友達にレフェルヴェソンスを紹介され、高級なフレンチ料理を楽しみました。 レフェルヴェソンスはミシュランから星を一つ受け取り、食べログで東京の中で１４番高いランキングがあり、国内でTop 50に入ってるそうです。
カメラを忘れてしまったので、携帯電話で写真を取りました。写真質はまあまあであって申し訳ありません。

Last week I was introduced to L'effervescence by a friend of the chef and got to enjoy some high quality french cuisine. L'effervescence holds one Michelin Star and is Tokyo's #14 restaurant according to Tabelog. In all of Japan it's considered a Top 50 restaurant.
Since I forgot my camera I took pictures with my cellphone. Sorry for the mediocre picture quality.

友達が注文した個室は本当に素敵な姿でしょ！テレビさえ含んでいます！ スタッフもとても優しくて上手です。

The private room that my friend requested for us is honestly a piece of art! It even includes a televsion! The staff was also very friendly and skilled.

First Course

左の方はかなり良くて、軽い味。

右のほうはミカンで、ちょっと普通と思います。

The one on the left was very good, a very light taste.

The right one was made of Mandarins and a little normal I think.

食べているところ中ずっと焼いたばかりのパンを受けてて、最高でありました！完璧な暖かさ。

Throughout the meal we constantly received freshly baked bread. The bread was great! Perfect temperature!

Second Course

素晴らしい友達と話しすぎてしまったので、このコースをちゃんと味わわなかったんですが、是非悪くなかったです。

Since I was too busy talking to my wonderful friends, I didn't properly taste this course, but it definitely wasn't bad.

Third Course

緑ソースは豆の様な味で、クルートンと蕪と一緒に美味しかったです。

The green sauce had a beany taste and was delicious in combination with the Croutons and Turnip.

Fourth Course

第四コースが一番良かったと思います。第四コースのもっとも美味しい成分はほうれん草！最も美味しい食べたほうれん草の一つ！

In my opinion the fourth course was the best. And the best part of the fourth course was the spinach! One of the best I've ever tasted!

 第五コース

Fifth Course

デザートは二番良かったと思います。上に置いたチョコから出来てるやつは特別で、下に隠れアイスクリームが非常に甘かったです。

The dessert was the 2nd best. The things made from chocolette on the top were quite special and the ice cream hidden underneath was very sweet!

Herb Tea

ティーは特別でとても良かったですが、お菓子は結構大味と思います。友達が楽しみましたけど。

The tea was special and very good, but the snacks were rather tasteless in my opinion. My friends loved them though!

 レフェルヴェソンスは是非悪くないんですが、素晴らしい友達と話し過ぎてしまったので、どんなに良いか分かりません。

L'effervescence is definitely not bad, but because I was too distracted talking to my wonderful friends, I'm not sure how good it exactly is.
