詳しくどうやってこの蛸を作ったか知らないけど、とても美味しかった！使ったソースは美味しくて、舌触りも良かった。
Exactly how they prepared this octopus I don't know, but it was really good! The sauce they used was very nice and the texture was great too.

久々にしゃこを食べた。すきやばし次郎のしゃこの方が美味しかったが。
It's been a while since I last had Mantis Shrimp. Sukiyabashi Jiro's was better.

さばは結構普通であった。
The Mackerel was fairly standard.

Abalone
このあわびは特に美味しかった。うかい帝横浜ほど美味しい訳ではないんだけど、大変美味しかった！
This Abalone was especially tasty. I don't mean to say it was as tasty as the one at Yokohama Ukai Tei, but it was really tasty nonetheless.

俺はわかめが好きだから、わかめに包まれたあわびもかなり美味しかった。
Because I like seaweed, the Abalone wrapped in seaweed was also really good.
金目鯛

つまみの一番美味しいやつは最後に出された。金目鯛だけは非常に美味しかったけど、大根と合わせたら、もっと美味く成った！暖かい金目鯛と冷たい大根のミックスは凄かった！！
The best part of the Sashimi was saved for last. The Kinmedai(Splendid Alfonsino in English??) was amazing on it's own, but mixed with the radish it became even better! The mix of warm fish and cold radish was heavenly!!

では、これから凄く成って行った！この赤身は超美味かった！！！すきやばし次郎の赤味より美味かった！！
From here on out the fireworks truly started!!! This piece of Akami was better than the one I had at Sukiyabashi Jiro!!

Middle Fatty Tuna
中トロはすきやばし次郎の中トロと同じ位美味しかった！非常に美味しい訳である！
The Middle Fatty Tuna was about as good as the one I had at Sukiyabashi Jiro, which means it was pretty freaking amazing!
大トロ
Fatty Tuna
すきやばし次郎では大トロを食べなかったけど、次郎の中トロよりすし屋一柳の大トロの方が美味しかった。このピースを食べた後には数分で笑顔し止められなくて、寿司バーの中で踊ったり歌ったりしない用にするのは圧倒的に難しかった！！！

At Sukiyabashi Jiro I didn't get to eat Fatty Tuna, but Ichiyanagi's piece of Fatty Tuna beat the hell out of Sukiyabashi Jiro's Middle Fatty Tuna. After eating this piece I couldn't stop smiling for a few minutes and it was overwhelmingly hard not to start dancing and singing in the middle of the sushi bar!!!

こんあに凄い歯触りがあるイカを食べるのは初めてであった。完璧かも知れない！
It was my first time eating Squid with this awesome of a texture. It may have been perfect!

Gizzard Shad
こはだもめちゃくちゃ美味かった！こんなに美味しいこはだを食べるのも初めてであった！
The Gizzard Shad was also riduclously delicious! Best Gizzard Shad I've ever had!
鯵
Horse Mackerel
鯵はこはだほど美味しいではなかったけど、非常に美味しくて、食べた鯵の間に一番である可能性がある。
The Horse Mackerel wasn't as delicious as the Gizzard Shad, but it was still extremely good, and there's a chance this was the best Horse Mackerel I've ever had.

残念な事に、雲丹季節にも関わらずまあまあだった。
Unfortunately enough in spite of it being Sea Urchin season, the Sea Urchin wasn't great.
車海老
Tiger Prawn
板前は俺に話していたから、ちゃんと味わえなかった。 (T_T)
車海老が大好きだから、本当に残念である。
Because the chef was talking to me, I wasn't able to properly taste this. :'(
I really love good Tiger Prawn, so it's truly unfortunate.
みる貝

普通にはみる貝は余り好きじゃないけど、一柳のみる貝は超美味しかった！
Usually I don't like Mirugai all that much, but Ichiyanagi's Mirugai was fantastic!
穴子

一番美味しい食べた穴子の一つである！非常に柔らかくて、暖かかった！
This is one of the best pieces of Eel I've ever had! EXTREMELY soft and warm!
トロ切り巻き

食べた巻き寿司の間にこれが一番美味しかったと思う！
Out of all the Sushi roll's I've ever had, I believe this one was the most delicious!

美味しいけど、特別ではなかった。

卵は人によってとっても違うと思う。色々なスタールがあるから。この卵はまあまあであったと思う。
Whether someone likes a tamago, differs a lot from person to person in my opinion, because there are so many different styles. I think this one was rather mediocre.
はまぐり
Orient Clam
お任せに入ってなかったけど、はまぐりが好きだし、はまぐり季節であるし、はまぐりも注文した。美味しかったけど、すきやばし次郎のはまぐりの方がとっても美味しかった。
It wasn't included in the dinner omakase, but because I like Orient Clam and because it's Orient Clam season, I decided to order it. It was good, but it wasn't nearly as good as the one I had at Sukiyabashi Jiro.
つまり、すし屋一柳はめちゃくちゃ美味い寿司バーである。俺は絶対にすきやばし次郎のお任せ経験を好むが、すし屋一柳も世界一美味しい寿司屋の一つであると思って、機会があったら、是非また行く！
To sum it up, Sushi Restaurant Ichiyanagi is ridiculously delicious. I personally definitely prefer Sukiyabashi Jiro's Omakase experience, but I think Sushi Restaurant Ichiyanagi is also one of the world's best Sushi Restaurants and if I get the chance, I'll definitely go again!
