Sushi in Kamiyachou @ 板前寿司 愛宕店

Just under 2k for a pretty royal set including a little salad and a miso soup. So good value for money. The sushi however was for the most part nothing special. Most of the pieces were pretty average, with the Tai actually being very bad. There was a bit of a tough piece of meat in the fish, which is unacceptable for Tai.
On the upside the rice temperature was spot on and a few pieces like the Saba, Amaebi, Tamago and Anago were very tasty.

Best Piece: Tamago - Omelette
Worst Piece: Tai - Sea Bream
